Medicare Home Health Coverage
Medicare may cover home health services if you meet the following four main criteria.

You must be under the care of a physician for a medical condition that requires skilled nursing or therapy.

Services must be medically necessary and include skilled nursing visits, physical therapy, or occupational therapy.

Homebound Status
You are considered homebound if leaving home requires considerable effort or frequent assistance.

Religious Services
